Baked broccoli with liquid cream, eggs and cheese
(for 2 servings)
Cut the broccoli into florets and blanch in boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes. Drain. Place in a fireproof dish and pour over the beaten eggs with the cream. Season with salt and pepper. Place the dish in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about half an hour. Then remove from the oven, sprinkle generously with the grated cheese and return to the oven until the cheese is browned and crispy. The dish is served hot.
