Deep-frozen cauliflower florets are made from the immature heads of the plants. The product is pre-washed, sorted, blanched and shock frozen.

Cauliflower with carrots and butter in the oven
Mix all the ingredients in a suitable baking dish/no prior thawing/. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
