Deep-frozen diced potatoes are made from natural potatoes. The whole potato is cut into cubes of approximately 10×10×10 mm. The product is pre-washed, sorted, blanched and shock frozen.

Very quick moussaka
For the topping: 300 g yoghurt, 3 eggs, 2 tbsp flour
Mix all the ingredients in a suitable container and add 300 millilitres of water. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Make sure the potatoes and mince are nicely browned, and the water in the mixture is absorbed/about 1 hour. If you prefer your Moussaka a little juicier, don't let the water boil off completely, so even after it cools, the dish will remain juicy. For the topping, mix all the ingredients pour over the moussaka and bake until a mouth-watering golden brown.
