Roasted peppers with garlic
Relax nicely roasted peeled caper. Finely chop the garlic and parsley. Put the peppers in a deep dish, add the garlic, season with salt, olive oil and vinegar, put a pinch of sugar and sprinkle with parsley. Cover and put in the fridge to marinate for a few hours.
