The hole carrots are cut in slices, the product is pre-washed, sorted, blanched and shock frozen.

Steamed vegetables
Pour the vegetables, without thawing, into a pan with a lid together with the butter and sauté over medium heat. When softened, sprinkle with salt and remove from the heat. Serve hot, garnished with chopped dill.
