Okra

Okra with tomato sauce

• 200 g frozen diced onion - VITALINO
• 500 g tomatoes
• 400 g frozen okra - VITALINO
• 1 tsp red pepper
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 2-3 tbsp olive oil
• salt to taste

Heat the oil in a deep frying pan. Put the onion and sauté it until it becomes transparent. Add the pre-cut tomatoes. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Add the sugar and spices. Add the okra to the pan with the tomatoes and onions. Cook covered for 10-15 minutes, until the okra is ready. Be careful not to overcook it.
