Mushrooms in butter and fresh spices
In a deep pan, pour the mushrooms/no need to defrost beforehand/, along with the butter. Season with salt and put a lid on to saute for a short time and release their water. After about 5 minutes, stir and remove the lid, cook until the water has completely evaporated, season with pepper and chopped garlic. Once the water has evaporated add the chopped parsley, dill and thyme and turn off the heat.
