Stuffed peppers with cheese and eggs in the oven
Beat the eggs and mix them with the crumbled cheese. Fill the peppers with the mixture and dip their holes in a saucer with flour. Arrange them in a greased baking dish and pour a thin drizzle of oil over them. Bake the peppers in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes or until cooked through.
