The product is pre-washed, sorted, blanched and shock frozen. It is prepared from the young leaves of the plants.

Spinach baked with eggs
Relax the frozen spinach well. Drain it and fry it briefly in the butter. Transfer the spinach to a suitable tray, top with fresh milk and eggs. Season with sauce and pepper and bake until ready in a preheated oven at 180-200 degrees.
