Quick frozen red peppers cut into strips.

Deep-frozen pepper strips are made from well-formed red peppers cut into strips. The product is pre-washed, sorted, blanched and shock frozen.

  • in a refrigerator (from 0ºС to +3ºС) up to 24 hours;
  • in a freezer (-18ºС) until the expiry date indicated on the packaging. The product is stored at -18ºС.

Do not refreeze once thawed!

Mish-mash

  • 600 g capia in strips - VITALINO
  • 200 g diced onion - VITALINO
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 200 g cheese
  • 8 eggs
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • savory
  • basil
  • parsley

Roast the peppers (400 g), peel and cut into large pieces. Fry in a little olive oil for 2-3 minutes. Add chopped onion (2 heads) and salt. Add more olive oil if necessary. As soon as the onions soften, add the chopped tomatoes (6 pcs) and sauté for 5-10 minutes over a low heat. Add finely diced or fork-crumbled cheese (200 g). Mince the garlic and add to the mixture.  Once the cheese is melted and mixed well with the tomatoes, add the eggs (8 pcs) and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes. Season with savory, basil and optional parsley.
