Mix steamed vegetables

Braised vegetables on a pan

• 450 g Mixed steamed vegetables - VITALINO
• 250 g peppers - VITALINO
• 250 g potatoes - VITALINO
• 250 g onions - VITALINO
• 2 tomatoes
• 6 cloves whole garlic
• 4 - 5 tbsp olive oil or oil fat
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• salt
• black pepper

Cut the tomatoes into chunks. Heat the oil in a wide pan and add the onion, whole garlic cloves, peppers, potatoes and mixed steamed vegetables - VITALINO. Add about 100 ml of water and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove the lid, stir, add the tomatoes and let cook until the liquid has evaporated. Finally season with spices and serve.
