Casserole
Cut the potatoes into large cubes as well as the meat. In a large tray, add the ready-made VITALINO casserole mix, the blended tomatoes and the spices to the meat and potatoes. Mix well all ingredients,pour water and bake for about 2 hours in a preheated gurn at 180 degrees.
