Vegetable mix with baby corn

Braised vegetables in the oven

• 600 g Baby corn mix - VITALINO
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1/2 onion
• 5 - 6 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp equal, or to taste salt
• 1 tbsp dried thyme
• 1 tsp or to taste black pepper

In a bowl, mix with the olive oil, spices and salt. Transfer to a jensen glass baking dish with a lid and pour a little water, just on the bottom, not covering them. Put the lid on and pop them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes, then turn the temperature down to 180 degrees and let them braise for another hour or so. Check the roasted vegetables from time to time to see if they are done, the time depends a lot on what you have cut the vegetables into and how thick the layer is. Serve the steamed vegetables warm and enjoy a healthier but extremely tasty dish.
