The Brussels sprouts are prepared from the whole auxiliary buds of the plants. The product is pre-washed, sorted, blanched and shock frozen.

Roasted Brussels sprouts
Place the cabbage in a suitable container/no need to defrost beforehand/ season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with the grated lemon zest, pour in the balsamic vinegar, olive oil and melted butter. Bake for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.
